Shipping Methods Offered to our Customers

You may select from the following shipping options offered at time of checkout.

Standard Ground Shipping
(Normal 3 to 5 business day delivery service)
Certain shipments may arrive sooner depending on product warehouse location and destination.


Orders that do not exceed the minimum order amount of $75 will be charged $4.95
(Certain destinations maybe excluded; paper and staple cartridge products do not qualify for free shipping -- see below.)

You may select to expedite shipping with (USPS Priority Service)
(Delivery usually in 2/3 business days)
Saturday delivery maybe available in your area.

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 3:30pm Eastern Time.

UPS and FedEx Second Business Day Service (excluding Saturday) starting at $10.95

Commercial address is required.

Second Day parcels may incur additional charges due to weight and/or destination. Customers will be contacted by telephone or e-mail in the event additional charges apply to ship their order 2nd Day.

Second Day shipping may not be available on all products to all destinations.

UPS or FedEx Overnight Service

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 3:30pm Eastern Time.

UPS and FedEx Next Business Day Overnight Service (excluding Saturday) starting at $18.95

Overnight parcels may incur additional charges due to weight and/or destination. Customers will be contacted by telephone or e-mail in the event additional charges apply to ship their order overnight.

Overnight shipping may not be available on all products to all destinations.

Our Policy on Shipping Rates adheres to an actual weight / destination formula, as provided by major independent carriers. We only pass on those additional costs, if applicable, to the order. Consider placing your order earlier in order to take advantage of our FREE Ground Shipping option!

* Additional charges apply for parcels shipped to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), US Virgin Islands (VI), Palau (PW), Marshall Islands (MH), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), America Samoa (AS) or Federated States of Micronesia (FM) will be charged additional postage in accordance with US Postal rates for size and weight of package.

A typical order received prior to 3:30pm (Eastern Time) in most cases will be processed and shipped the same business day. Our warehouses do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major Holidays. You can always check the status of your order at this web page Order processing time is affected by the accuracy of information received from the customer during check-out.

Special Product Orders, usually ship within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends.

We do offer shipping service to Military APO and FPO addresses. Shipments do not incur additional charges unless the parcel weight exceeds 3 pounds (1.36 kg) additional US Postal rates will apply for large volume shipments.

Paper and Staple Cartridge products: Due to weight-volume factors paper and staple cartridge products do not qualify for Free Shipping. Please contact a representative to determine exact shipping charges on all quantity orders.
